This is our following Byki hold. Splendid logic to gather vocabulary, but weak on grammar in both languages. Also recommend having native speakers pronounce terms.

Good beginner program. Finnish is all memorization and the spelling is horrendous. This program uses electronic flash cards and some exercises to help you learn by heart and spell. If you get bored with one list, you can batter but it's best to stick with and learn by heart fully previous to tender on. If I had any criticism it's that the study lists are not approved by usefulness. You pick the lists that you want to learn and in what order with no guidance from the program. I do like the pronounciation meter since using a headset you can record your voice and check your suitability. I also have Swedish and Russian foreign language programs from Byki and they're much the same. It's all up to the student with culture a new foreign language. Programs that look good to teach you "fast" are high-priced crap. No program substitutes for daily memorization and lots of hard work. I live in Finland now and the foreign language is very hard with many cases. You must do at every chance or it won't stick since it's too uncommon from English. By and large, I'm pleased for the price and would urge as a good place to learn basic Finnish words and phrases, but you're going to need a grammer description book and a good dictionary as well.
