I too have read the reviews and thought I would buy the programme and test it for for myself. Having done so and by now possessing a very basic knowlege of french, I find the programme very trying to use. It just has not helped. I bought this programme to improve my french (to be converted into fluent). It says it is for beginners but I find it not beginner friendly, it is still too enhancement for me. It just didn't meet my expectations. I guess its back to the drawing board. Word of advice save your money.

I found it more useful than any other resources I used: audio CDs, books...I am going to France for a business trip this time and wanted to learn it before going there, to be capable to have conversations there.
